Maui is a magical island and a wonderful place to call home. Premiere Mortgage is a locally owned mortgage company providing a full range of loan programs. Tricia Morris, President and Owner has been in the mortgage business on Maui for over 18 years and has closed over $2 billion dollars of loans in Hawaii. Premiere Mortgage provides the most competitive rates and flexible underwriting guidelines. We have access to hundreds of loan programs both locally and on the Mainland.

With our years of experience in handling multi-loan programs and all types of credit situations our goal is to help you get the mortgage you need, all with the Aloha spirit.

	Tricia Morris, President/Owner: Tricia, a cofounder of Premiere Mortgage has over 25 years of award winning experience. Tricia has built an outstanding reputation with professional and reliable service. She works diligently with local real estate professionals to find the best mortgage program for your home financing needs. Tricia enjoys painting, traveling and reading.
	Nomi Nako-Baker , Executive Assistant to the President, and Loan Assistant: Nomi's positive attitude and her commitment to you, the client, allows for the loan process to flow smoothly and seamlessly. Her responsibilities include all aspects of the loan process. Nomi spends her leisure time working in her garden, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
	Cathy Mediti, Loan Coordinator: Cathy has the energy and the know-how to make sure your loan closes on time. Her comprehensive knowledge of the industry helps Tricia ensure that you will get the best possible loan for your needs. Cathy enjoys gardening, reading, hiking, and relaxing at the beach.
	Lisa Puaa, Loan Coordinator: Lisa's experience in the industry and her dedication to her profession and fellow team members makes her job extremely enjoyable to her. Lisa enjoys spending time with family and friends, riding her motorcycle, hula, traveling, and reading.
